Start your visit to the West Seattle Summer Fest with a community meditation and gong bath. Maari Falsetto, founder of Inner Alchemy, offers weekly community meditations where she teaches the Kirtan Kriya meditation. Clinical research has shown that practicing Kirtan Kriya for just 12 minutes a day can improve cognition and activate parts of the brain that are central to memory. Come and help to raise the vibes in our community during Summerfest!
