This training is geared towards tenants, community members and housing providers alike! We will cover some of the rights and responsibilities - as indicated by the Fair Housing Act - of landlords and property managers as well as those of renters and homeowners.

This online training will cover the Fair Housing Act, the 7 protected classes, the jurisdictional elements of a fair housing complaint, examples of discriminatory conduct by housing providers, examples of Fair Housing case law, and aditional information on three of the protected classes!
