1.Fomentando Hábitos Saludables en Familia: La charla abordará cómo establecer y mantener hábitos de vida saludables en el hogar, promoviendo la nutrición balanceada, la actividad física regular y la importancia del descanso adecuado para todos los miembros de la familia. 2.Consejos Naturistas para el Bienestar: Se ofrecerán consejos prácticos y naturales para mejorar la salud y el bienestar de padres y jóvenes, incluyendo el uso de remedios naturales, técnicas de relajación y prácticas de mindfulness para manejar el estrés y la ansiedad.3.Construyendo una Vida Equilibrada: La charla enfatizará la importancia de encontrar un equilibrio entre las responsabilidades diarias y el tiempo personal, proporcionando estrategias para gestionar el tiempo de manera efectiva, fomentar relaciones familiares saludables y crear un entorno armonioso en el hogar. Adicionalmente, la participación en la sesión incluye, gratuitamente, un curso en formato "pdf" que se enviará al finalizar la misma y que incluye hábitos, sugerencias de alimentación, programas de desintoxicación y de reducción de tóxicos para sanar naturalmente SOBRE EL TERAPEUTA, TERENCE CRUDOSoy naturópata, iridólogo, herbólogo y fitoterapeuta.
