Join Squaretree for the process of creating formal business entities. Have a business idea you&#x27;ve been holding inside? Already operating but don&#x27;t have that official legal status yet? Use this time to go through the steps—with friends by your side.Thinking about starting something but not ready to press &quot;play&quot;? It&#x27;s always easier to move forward once you&#x27;ve seen someone else succeed. If you would like to see how the process works, this event is also for you.We will keep this informal. Bring snacks and drinks. After starting our formal companies we will have time to discuss the other elements that go into starting a business, and share our progress—including branding, marketing and finances. Please bring checklists and frameworks that you find useful—if it helps you, chances are it&#x27;ll help someone else!This is a donation-only event. Please provide a donation to offset the costs to plan and host. I am running this as a light-weight event in order to make it accessible to people. Your donation will make it possible for me to create more events like this, and furnish Super Tasty snacks for this one.WHAT TO BRING: Your laptop, charger and a card for paying the State are all you truly need. Snacks and drinks are welcome. Coffee, tea and wifi are on the house!NOTE: I am not a certified accountant, legal advisor or state representative. This is a peer working time, not an expert training. I am somebody who&#x27;s started and run a successful LLC, and who&#x27;s passionate about other people taking these simple—yet somehow intimidating—steps toward their goals. You, and only you, are responsible for understanding the implications—including but not limited to legal and financial implications—of your decisions.
