Trainers Coalition is a nonprofit organization leading a movement to empower all people to live a healthy lifestyle by making fitness resources available to underserved communities. We are combating the physical and mental health disparities prevalent in low-income communities through exercise. By providing free gym access, personal training, and nutrition counseling, we strive to make fitness impartial — and an anchor in the lives of those who need it most.

<p>Join Coach Alex Ho for an hour long class that’ll have you sweating, smiling and feeling your best! In this class you’ll use the natural terrain, your bodyweight, and your fellow classmates to strengthen the muscles used for running and other sports. Class will be a combination of strength and cardio so be prepared for anything! Alex has been leading outdoor bootcamps for almost 10 years, is a full time personal trainer, an avid trail runner, and loves to help people achieve a happy and healthy life. </p>
