92Q's Family Day In The Park Sat., June 1st 2024 Vendor Application

Our fans have spoken and we've listened!

This year 92Q is bringing fun in the sun to Hadley Park to celebrate our favorite people – our families!

This is a free to the public event where we are anticipating up to 1,000 attendees; where families are our guests of honor and we want to help strengthen the places we call home, help promote family values and give back to our listeners for all of their support.

VENDORS AND BUSINESSES ARE WANTED!

92Q would like to send the invite to all businesses across Middle Tennessee who would like to set up a vendor space at this year's Family Day in the Park to not only support your business, but provide plenty of options for on-site attendees, no matter the age, to buy from YOU and take home something special !

MOST vendors are welcome! Some examples include (but not limited to) food trucks (we welcome vegetarian and vegan options as well), snow cone trucks/machines, ice cream trucks, small business owners who want to promote their business, beverages/homemade lemonade, mental health organizations, therapy services, jewelry stations, body butters and oils, boutiques and/or clothing lines, college recruitment and information booths, face paint artists, caricatures, on-site arts & crafts, plus plenty more!

Once your Request Form is reveiwed, a 92Q Representative will reach out directly for you for confimation & payment.

On-Site Pricing:

• 10x10 vendor space - $250
• If your activation requires more a larger space than 10x10, please feel free to order as many spaces as you would like.

Please note, all vendors are requested to fill out an indemnification insurance form, will need to provide a Certificate of Insurance, and lastly, is required to bring their own source of power as well as tent, table and set-up etc. The space is YOURS, so do with it as you please!

Once a business has completed the payment process, a representative from 92Q will reach out to the business contact immediately so business is aware of their on-site contact, load in and load out time plus any other questions that may need addressed.
