I’m a Facilitator, Connector and Community Strategist living in Brooklyn, New York. I love bringing people together in authentic ways.I’m also the Founder of Vulnerable AF, a bi-weekly community and event series that encourages vulnerability expansion, intimate, deep and meaningful conversations in a safe space. Not only will you gain a new perspective on yourself, you will discover a newfound community full of like-minded individuals who desire deeper connections and authenticity.My mission is to bridge the gap between Men and Women and to mobilize the next generation of thought leaders and change-makers through real connections and conversations.

Vulnerable AF: Dating & Couples is special date night that's designed to deepen your partnership and create extraordinary levels of love & connection thorugh fun and heart-opening activites. In this special themed Vulnerable AF - you and your partner will be guided through fun, heart-opening, interactive exercises that are designed to spark more joy, passion, depth and connection. You will both learn new tools and communcation techiniques that you can take home with you and cultivate the highest expression of who you are in all of your relationships. Attend with a partner or someone you want to have a deeper and more focused connection with. Q. Are the activities sexually intimate? A. No. This experience is solely focused on connection and communication using heart-based practices and activities. At the end this workshop you will discover a deeper connection to yourself and others. This class is for anyone who desires to explore a deeper connection with themselves and/or couples who desire to become closer using interactive connection techniques. What to expect: 7:00 pm-7:30 pm- Connect & Vibe. 7:30 pm-9:45 pm - Communication tools & exercises & intimacy building for couples & newly dating singles. 9:45 pm-10:00 pm- Closing Circle What you will leave with: New communication and intimacy tools, improved relationships, self-confidence, a deeper connection with others, make a new friend, find your business partner, or possibly even a soulmate.
