Each workout is different.Pricing and Discounts: ASC Strong costs $35 for one session. If it rains, we use a large outdoor overhang to stay dry.</li><li>Free parking is available on the street or in the covered garage at Lubber Run CC.</li><li>All ability levels are welcome. Modifications can be provided for each exercise.</li><li>Wear athletic clothing and bring a water bottle and a towel.</li><li>We are unable to accept walk-ins. Online registration closes before the session.</li><li>This event will begin on time. We do not want to have to turn you away for arriving late.</li><li>All sales are final.
