Concert and Recitation of Frederick Douglass' Speech, "What to the Negro is the Fourth of July ?" Featuring the In The Tradition Jazz Band

<p>Join the "In Tradition Jazz Band" and the African Diaspora Ancestral Commemoration Institute - (ADACI) at the 3rd annual July 4th concert and recitation of Frederick Douglass' "What to the Negro is the 4th of July ?" speech. Excerpts of Douglass' Speech will be read by community activist and leaders. Free for children 12 and under. The event includes an African Marketplace with food vendors African art, jewelry, clothing, etc. The marketplace will be open from 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm.</p>
