ASC Fast is a group personal training session that improves speed, endurance, and overall athleticism.These workouts include sprints of varying distances, partner/team drills, and body weight exercises. You can usually count on running bleachers, too.Pricing and Discounts: ASC Fast costs $35 for one session.
