Come out for some fun with the homies, meet new friends, boost your confidence and maybe even get a workout!Thomecia “Mimi” is a professional dancer and choreographer. Originally from Oakland, CA, she has 15+ years experience with teaching. Previously taught Sip &amp; Twerk and MiSoSexy Heels classes through out the Bay Area. She will teach us the basics of twerking, along with some tips &amp; tricks to elevate your current twerking skills!Class will always open with a fellowship circle, setting intentions and practicing breathwork. This will allow everyone to become comfortable in their bodies and get out of their heads.Dress in whatever makes you feel comfortable and/or sexy!
