If you are unable to attend the event, although free, PLEASE cancel your reservation, so we don't look for you on the day of the event and so others on the wait list may attend. Participants bring their own sketchbooks and supplies: Suggested journaling supplies: sketchbook, pencils, waterproof markers, colored pencils, watercolor pencils, watercolors, etc. Also bring: hat, sunscreen, water bottle, etc. Although we plan to meet at picnic tables (which may or may not be in shade), you may also want to bring something to sit on (small portable folding chair or sit pad to move into shade or closer to one of the trees).
