Yes, restrooms are in the stone building close by.

Where should I park?

Corner of Dronfield Ave and Allegheny St. Park on Allegheny. Look for the picnic tables.

Question 3

What do I need to bring?

Accepted Answer

Suggested journaling supplies: sketchbook, pencils, waterproof markers, colored pencils, watercolor pencils, watercolors, etc. Also bring: hat, sunscreen, water bottle, etc. The picnic tables (may or may not be in shade), you may want to bring a portable stool or sit pad.

Must I "do" the drawing warm up exercises?

Terri learned to draw from Betty Edwards in a college class in 1979. (The author of Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain). We’ll discuss and use drawing warm up exercises related to Betty’s break down of the 5 skills of basic drawing.  Drawing warm up is completely optional!
