Adam Taub is a documentary filmmaker, bachata researcher and dance teacher.Adam has, for over a decade, had broad experience in the world of Bachata. He has lived in the Dominican Republic and conducted extensive research, in-depth video projects, and recorded interviews with bachata legends.Adam is widely recognized for his innovative presentations and the unique pedagogy he has developed for teaching bachata dance and musicology. Adam has been invited to teach and present his work at dozens of national and international salsa and bachata festivals, libraries, cultural centers, and universities.

Bachata originated and is still thriving in the Dominican Republic and has now become popular around the World.This fun and educational workshop is appropriate for all experience levels from beginners to instructors. You don't need to bring a partner as we will rotate in class.Where: La Rumba 99 West 9th Avenue, Denver, CO 80204When: Thursday June 27th 6pm-8pm (Please show up 15 minutes early to prepare and for introductions. )Price: Earlybird Tickets - $25 (online until June 25th) Regular Online Tickets $35 At the door tickets if available $40Adam has over 20 years of experience going to the Dominican Republic for study, documentary film making, and research.
