Explore the understood borders of yourself with a fun-loving and experienced mother-daughter team! Drawing on our collective expertise in yoga, meditation, sound therapy, and conscious movement, Kristi and Diane will guide you through a gentle yoga flow, and then transition into an easeful exploration that combines sound, movement, and meditation, concluding with a relaxing voice bath. Please dress so you can move comfortably through the gentle yoga sequence and also relax into the sound and movement exploration that follows. Modifications can be provided as needed upon request.Only 20 spaces are available, so please be sure you reserve your seat in advance!If you have questions or would like further details, please don't hesitate to reach out.
