Of course! In addition to our amazing wellness caterers, we have a living pantry with farm fresh fruits and veggies and sampler plates by local bay area chefs.

Can I bring my kids?

Absolutely! We will have a kids zone with fun activities to keep them safe and entertained as you partake in the day!

What kind of workshops will you have?

Workshops include conversations on creating inclusive spaces for people with different backgrounds, identities, and disabilities, transforming trauma through somatic practices, sound healing, red-zoning and the impact of stress on the Black community, gender identities, birthing justice and more!

Will there be gift cards?

We will not have gift cards this year, but we will have swag bags, food, and a multitude of other resources for you!

The living pantry is an interactive exhibit providing fresh, healthy foods and demonstrating the importance of nutrition in wellness.
