Can I bring my own food?

Outside food is not allowed. But not to worry! We have a curated local meal that will be mindful of all allergies and dietary restrictions. Don't forget to bring your own water bottle.

Will this event be handicap accessible?

Yes! The organizer's mission is to ensure all bodies and backgrounds feel comfortable and safe at this retreat. Please let us know of any accessibility needs.

Is this event rain or shine?

Accepted Answer

Sure is! We will adjust the schedule based on weather needs. Majority of the event will be held at the Strong Stock Farm Party Barn which is covered.

Question 5

What do I need to bring?

Accepted Answer

We recommend bringing a yoga mat or towel/blanket, a water bottle, a journal, shoes you don't mind getting wet (for creek time!), and a pen. We will provide the rest! If you forget any of these items, we will have you covered.
