Welcome to Shake & Shine, where we cultivate a transformative one-day retreat experience centered on self-love, healing, and acceptance. Our mission is to create an authentic environment where individuals from all walks of life can connect deeply with themselves and others, fostering a sense of community and belonging.

~ Breathwork, Sound Healing, Dance, and more!
♥ A perfect opportunity to connect with open, growth-minded, accepting people.
♥ A water station will be available.

♥Yoga Mat, blanket, water bottle
♥ Cash/Venmo for Vendors (*Tip: bring small bills)
♥A mug/cup for water
♥ A Chair if you prefer / need to sit more
