The Madison Fire Department and Madison College are teaming up to offer the first-ever EMS &amp; Fire Service Interview Workshop.This free workshop is an opportunity to practice crucial interviewing skills and learn about job interview best practices. Attendees will also have the opportunity to participate in a mock interview and receive personalized feedback.Network with current Madison Fire Department firefighter/EMTs and hear about their recent experiences as a job candidate. Human Resource professionals will share tips and best practices for a successful interview.Two workshops will be offered. Please only sign up for one.This event is for anybody actively pursuing a career in fire/EMS or those who have a strong interest in fire/EMS and wish to learn more. We encourage people of color, women, LGBTQIA+, and veterans to attend and help us better represent the communities we serve.
