Can anyone attend?

Yes! We hope to have as many people as possible learn about the great services available to disabled residents and organizations with which you can connect.

Is this event accessible?

Accepted Answer

Yes, this is hosted in an ADA compliant DHHS building, is on the first floor, spacing includes room for wheelchairs, seating is available in the lobby, and volunteers will be available to direct and navigate. Other requests including sign language interpreters can be made at accesscltnc@gmail.com.

Will there be sign language interpreters?

We will provide an interpreter upon request. Email us at accesscltnc@gmail.com at least 2 weeks prior to the event and we will coordinate a virtual interpreter in the language of your choosing. Alternatively, we will have live transcription available via iPad.

Can I request accommodations?

Are there COVID-19 protocols?

Though we are mindful that this is a disability-focused event, at this time we are not mandating any COVID-19 protocols. We advise attendees use their best caution and please stay connected with Access CLT as we also host virtual events.
