Allison is a holistic coach who works with women who desire to live their most joyful, magical lives. She uses coaching, yoga, breath work, and meditation as tools to help her clients move toward wellness, authenticity and self-love. She offers bodywork and pop-up yoga classes to both men and women. Allison’s mission is to spread joy, be a catalyst for change and to help others with what she has learned from her own life experiences.

Join Allison for a beginning vinyasa style class, beginning with sun salutations and connecting each movement with breath. Focus is on feeling the grounded energy of the earth, and bringing mind and body back into union. The class is set to a fun playlist of birds, nature sounds and an occasional car and train or two! Move your body, quiet your mind, and find your FLOW…This class is sliding scale, $15-$25, cash or Venmo @Allison-KirleyWe will meet at the flat fieild side of the park that is at the end of Baltimore Street. There is a huge parking lot and bathrooms and boat ramp on this side. The nearest cross streets are N Baltimore and N Bradford St. You can also use Urban German in your maps and this will get you down the hill and you will see the parking lot if you keep going straight.
