9/11 Hero Workout, paying tribute to the victims and honoring the survivors. Open to the community, for families with children 8+.

<p>Come to the Downtown Orlando YMCA and participate in our Hero Workout. If you are not a Y member, please arrive 20 minutes before class, stopping at the front desk with a valid ID. The workout is made for all fitness levels. Please select tickets (no cost) for all in your group, including children 8+. </p><p>Also, come before or after the workout and meet some of your local heroes (K9 Unit and Orlando City Fire Department) from 10:30 am - 12:30 pm in the Downtown Y parking lot!</p>
