Johanna Beekman join Yoga Samadhi on her Northwest tour for Lullaby Yoga. Johanna is known as a traveling troubadour of spirit, song, and soul with a rich, soulful voice and gospel-infused kirtan style. Lullaby Yoga is unique blend of restorative and yin yoga with heart-opening live music. Joanna focuses on deep relaxation and healing, using principles from therapeutic yoga, yoga nidra, and subtle body and breath work. In Lullaby Yoga, Johanna gently guides participants through a series of deeply relaxing poses while singing and playing soothing songs and chants. The music—a blend of original and traditional pieces from a variety of global cultures—facilitates the healing process by providing a luxurious, peaceful space for the mind to rest while the body relaxes, rebalances, and restores itself. Johanna has released multiple albums including Heart Beats One, Beyond Love, and soon to be released Spirit Song Soul.
