Shakti Yoga & Holistic Wellness

The womb is a sacred and powerful space.This session is for folx who identify as Queer and who are seeking to re/connect with their womb and begin…or continue…their healing process. Designed to tap a bit deeper into the ways we can heal our womb as queer folx. We will draw from the medicine of Hilot and energy medicine, breathwork and meditation, storytelling and ritual. We will focus on practicing deep listening, exploring our stored emotions and memories with courage, move energy and/or release trauma -- may they be personal, ancestral or both. Maraming Salamat!
