After participating in this clinic, you understand the concept of neutral position, ready/attack position, braking (one finger/gentle pressure) and level pedals.Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early. This ride starts with a skills clinic and then heads out on the trail to practice those skills.In order to make this ride as accessible as possible for riders, we will have a number of bikes available to loan for the ride. If you need to borrow a bike and/or need a helmet, please let us know when you register.Important details!Skills / Experience Required: Basic balance and control of the bike including braking and changing gears. Experience riding on paved and gravel surfacesEndurance Required: Ability to ride at least 3 miles on gravel or paved surface in 45 minutes. Your current fitness routine includes biking, running, or other cardio at least once per week.This ride is open to all women.
