A crystal  meditation focused on the heart and grounding yourself in love

<h1>Love is in the air at Chesacanna! </h1><h3>Cheryl Hicks, owner of of Tranquili-Chi is an integrative healing wellness coach and state of MD LMD.</h3><h3>Cheryl Hicks will be at Chesacanna on February 13th from 5-7pm. Come out and join her as she guides you through a grounding heart meditation using rose quartz and hematite. Cheryl will educate you on the healing properties using grownded in group power and self introspection. </h3><h3>The focus of this meditation will be sending peace and love out into the world with direct  focus on strength and emotional self-health to ourselves and beyond. You will leave this event with  a 2 inch Rose Heart Quartz crystal and a Hematite stone.  Upon admission to this event,  in celebration of Valentines Day you will be entered into Chesacanna's  Valentines Day Basket raffle.  </h3>
