Registration is required for this program as space is limited.Roasting coffee is how experts control much of the flavor and characteristics you love in your morning cup, but the process is often mysterious. Luckily, Baltimore City is home to a vibrant specialty-coffee scene.Join the Library at beloved local coffee shop and roastery, <a href="https://www.ventcoffee.com/" title="https://www.ventcoffee.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Vent Coffee Roasters</a>, for a look inside the process of coffee roasting.
