Unfortunately due to COVID-19 Sydney Olson will no longer be able to enter Australia during this time. We are still running the class with Clyde Vaughan as head instructor and either myself or Anna Yamashita (or both) as assistant instructors. Clyde is a trusted member of Sydney Parkour and experienced freerunner and all round great Instructor and friend of WoSP, so you will still be in good hands during this workshop with him.If you would no longer like to participate in this workshop please respond, otherwise we look forward to seeing you there!Regarding Sydney Olson, we will still be flying her to Sydney at a later to be disclosed date when it is safer for people to travel. We will contact you for a make-up workshop with her once we are able to reschedule and reorganise everything.Regarding COVID-19 and Wam Jam, we will be taking all necessary precautions during the event to ensure the safety of our participants. We will locate near by restrooms for hand washing before and after training and workshops while outdoors, have hand sanitizer on-site at all times and be sending anyone who is sick home. We&#x27;re really sorry about that last one but we can not be taking any chances, so if you feel sick please do not attend. AAPES also has it&#x27;s own precautions in place in the gym and will be cleaning and dis-infecting everything regularly as well as having hand sanitizer available.Our professional guest athlete Sydney Olson will be flying in from Los Angeles to teach Flips &amp; Freerunning workshops. Sydney has very generously agreed to teach two workshops, one limited to women and minorities and another open to all!These sessions will involve introduction into basic flips as well as all the progressions to safely execute them. This course is designed to help improve your technique whether it’s your first time or you’ve been practising them for years. If you already have the basics down, more advanced flips will also be taught based on ability. Any skill level is free to join.
