Effec tive communication between supervisors and employees is the key to asuccessful and productive employment relationship. We will discuss how to give accurate and constructive feedback, which will help you set attainable goals for your staff. Another part of the review process is to have ongoing professional development trainings to establish and maintain a high performing team. 
Registration fee includes breakfast, workshop materials, and parking. Tickets are not refundable. Space is limited. Advance registration is preferred. 
 
Speaker:
Casandra Secord is a senior associate in the Cerritos office of Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Rudd and Romo; representing employers in all aspects of employment litigation. Ms. Secord regularly counsels employers regarding human resources and employee relations matters involving state and federal wage and hour laws, leaves of absence, reasonable accommodations, discrimination, harassment, discipline, termination, reduction in force, and employment and severance agreements.  
 
Additional Information: 
The High Desert Employer Advisory Council annual membership fee is $100, which includes free and reduced workshop rates and access to the CEAC Management and Conflict Management Hotline.
