We’ll focus on waking your body up, functional mobility to prepare you for the day.

This event will take place at <a href="https://www.theropecollective.com/" title="https://www.theropecollective.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">The Rope Collective</a> Studio in Barrio Logan, San Diego. We’ll focus on waking your body up, functional mobility to prepare you for the day, and honing proper form to launch us into progressive movement sequences. As we will be exercising continuously for 45-60 minutes, feel free to take breaks and go at your own pace! This class is designed for beginner to intermediate levels, and will provide modifications for disabilities, injuries, and limited mobility. We will begin every class going over Sun A and Sun B classic salutations. Class pace will be slow to medium. More class offerings are on the way including: Hatha/Vinyasa Form Basics, Vinyasa Intermediate-Advanced, Yin Yoga Deep Stretch, Topless Vinyasa Flow, Hatha + Shibari, Backbend + Flexibility Training, and more! <h2>FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS</h2>RECOMMENDED ITEMS TO BRING:Wear clothing that allows you to feel comfortable, empowered or expressive. This is not a play party and all guests will be encouraged to come in clothing that comfortable and/or expressive in ways that feel good to them but required to keep under garments on and pelvic area covered.Suggested Items to bring:• mat/blanket• jacket/sweater• 1-2 hanks of rope + safety shears/cutting instrument• notepad /pen• water + snacks*We have mats, blankets, pillows, safety sheers, snacks + NA beverages, and clean rope to borrow and for sale.
