In this practice we will explore through the body and movement issues such as self awareness, communication, interpersonal interactions that are generally addressed rationally and intellectually. We will create a safe space to deepen the body-mind connection in a creative approach, practice embodied strategies that can help us improve in these areas on a personal and professional level, while building community bonds between the participants sharing the pleasure of movement. Interactive discussions will permit us to blend the knowledge gained through the embodied practices to personal experiences of each participant and theoretical knowledge to gain a holistic perspective.We recommend wearing a comfortable outfit in which you can move with ease.

BioSivgin Dalkilic received her BA in Psychology University of Lyon and MS in Neuroscience in Barcelona University. Alongside her academic studies she continued her artistic training in dance and afterwards studied Choreography in Institut del Teatre, Barcelona. She recently returned to Autonomous University of Barcelona to complete a refresher course on Clinical Psychology.
