Hi, I am Hester Morrissey and I am so exited to facilitate this workshop.I am an Integrative Medicine Health Coach certified by the Academy of Integrative Medicine. My mission it is to help people overcome autoimmune disease and release the associated pain, fatigue, anxiety and depression that limit your full potential. With root cause analysis and holistic health coaching there is hope for you and anyone you know who suffers from these conditions. Work with me and I will teach you the healing actions you can take today to achieve the balanced body, mind, heart and spirit that you desire.I walk my own talk. I apply Integrative Medicine, Ayurvedic Self-Care and Energy Medicine which improved my own vitality by remitting and significantly reducing energy-sapping autoimmune disease symptoms such as vertigo, brain fog, joint pain and migraines, I am passionate about empowering you to create the vibrant life you deserve and reaching your personal wellness goals.
