Frequently asked questions
The Conference is a 3-day event. The first day includes a golf tournament and an offsite cocktail reception, not at the Hilton. Conference sessions and evening reception will take place at the Hilton Americas in Downtown Houston from Nov. 7 - Nov. 8, 2024.
No, the golf tournament is optional and requires a separate registration to participate. Tickets and sponsorships for the golf tournament are limited and you will need to contact himc@bsya.com for more details.
Eventbrite collects tax fees for US events, in compliance with US tax laws. Unfortunately, this event does not qualify for tax exemption. You will see the Eventbrite processing fees and tax fees along with your ticket price at check out. Be sure to use the early bird code prior to Sept. 1st.
The Hilton will have discounted parking of $35 valet and $18 self park. Overnight parking is $62 valet and $38 self park. There will be limited complimentary overnight self parking for 2 nights. Please contact himc@bsya.com for more info.
