Join us for a special session of movement and meditation designed to connect, honor, and nurture mothers and caregivers. This is Amelia's, a mother of FOUR, first class back from maternity leave with her newest babies, twin boys Knox and Kai. Born at 30 weeks, the boys are currently being cared for in the NICU by loving nurses and staff. While the boys continue their NICU journey, Amelia is focusing on nourishing herself, her family, and extending it outward in this limited &amp; intimate time.
