About this event

Scaling agility may be the right way to meet your goals and this course is designed to help you decide if scaling is the best path forward. You’ll learn what scaling is and why it often fails, and you’ll gain an understanding of how scaling can fit into your organization.

Why Choose This Class?

Sticky Agile’s method for teaching scaling provides the participants with opportunities to increase their knowledge of scaling by defining scaling and why it’s being used in organizations across the globe to create new products, processes, or procedures. Through engaging activities, we’ll describe and assess patterns and anti-patterns often associated with scaling and compare case studies to identify pitfalls, best practices, and discover what would work best in your organization. We’ll explore the risks of a pre-configured approach vs a changing, evolving, and growing one and highlight the importance of proper change management work.

All of this is facilitated by Sticky Agile’s world-class trainers who use a variety of engaging hands-on activities and discussions where students explore concepts and illustrate their understanding. Students come away with an understanding of scaling, the approach that might best fit their organization’s needs, the risks and impediments to look out for, and a personal action plan for their organization.
