Feeling exhausted by the stress of daily life? Join us for a unique experience of relaxation and rejuvenation with our Online Sound Bath and Guided Meditation. This virtual event will take place on Sunday Evening, from 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM (PST), and you can join from the comfort of your own home. The replay will also be available to you for one week after the event. We will guide you through a journey of sound and vibration, using a variety of instruments to help you release tension and stress. You'll be immersed in a soundscape of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and more, as the vibrations wash over you and bring you into a state of deep relaxation. No experience is necessary - simply find a quiet space where you can lie down and listen, and let the sounds do the rest. You'll emerge from the session feeling refreshed, renewed, and ready to take on the world.
