You must complete the form to be considered for the opportunity to be a vendor at the upcoming 8th Annual Live Easter Event. This form does not guarantee you a vendor space. Each application will be reviewed and if selected $40.00 Non-refundable Vendor Fee will be due within 7 business days of acceptance.
