This is a 6min. AMRAP.
Each partner must complete at least one round of the ladder. After partner 1 successful completes the ladder partner 1 must run back and tag partner 2 in to start the next round of the ladder. Following partner can not begin until previous partner crosses line and tags them in only one partner working at a time.

"3,2,1....go," P artner 1 moves to the Bike and performs their number of calories then moves to the Thruster bar to complete as many reps as possible before putting the bar down and tapping in partner 2. Patner 2 moves to the Bike and performs their number of calories 10 or 7, then to the Thruster bar to complete as many reps as possible before putting the bar down and partner 3 will move through the same sequints. Then partner 1 will begin again.
