<p>In association with Bring Carmel Back, please join us Sunday May 19, 2024 from 7:30pm-9pm  for Yoga and solidarity for Carmel Gat, whose been held hostage by Hamas for 200+ days. Some released hostages have reported that Carmel comforted them in captivity by showing them Yoga and meditation techniques. $18. Donations based. All proceeds to be donated to The Hostage and Missing Families Forum. There will be various classes worldwide honoring Carmel's 40th birthday (5/16) by doing 40 Sun Salutations.
