What is Assembly Bill 1816 and what will it affect Guest Speakers – Ronn Hall will explain current state rules when insurance companies notify homeowners.                               Phillip Irwin, California FAIR Plan Assoc. 
 Insurers will be required to provide at least a 75-day notice when they non-renew (cancel) a homeowners’ policy for a policy that expires on or after July 1, 2020. This additional time will give homeowners a chance to shop for a new policy and consider their options.
