Do I have to attend all the sessions in order to participate?

Accepted Answer

No, you are welcome to attend as many or as few sessions as you are able. We want to make this mini-conference as accessible to the community as possible, which means you can register for the mini conference, even if you are only able to be there for a portion of the day.

Question 2

Do I need yoga clothes, a mat, and other accessories to attend the yoga session?

Accepted Answer

You can attend the yoga session just as you are. If you have yoga items and can bring them with you: wonderful! If not, our goal is to welcome participants in all varieties of clothing and with or without yoga accessories.
