Please bring a copy of your confirmation to the event Guideline for the event Yoga , Meditation talk + practical ,Q&A Session Workshop will teach children / youth how to connect to nature and guide them in boosting concentration levels and improving their grades, while reducing mental, physical & emotional problems. Please ensure all participants are at the venue 20 to 30min before scheduled seating time. Upon arrival please report to the registration counter. Once registration has been completed, the Africa Samarpan Foundation Volunteers will escort participants to the workshop area. Please note this will be a children\ Youth only event. Parent\ Educator will not be given entry into the venue once registration has been completed. The event will be in English. Participants to wear loose fitting and comfortable clothes.
