ABOUT YOUR PRESENTER:

Tracey’s first-hand experience with losing a child client while serving as a Speech Language Pathologist for Lancaster City Schools laid the foundation for the work she now does at Fairhope Hospice & Palliative Care. In 2010, Tracey created and implemented the PALS for grieving children grief support program. Tracey now serves as the Grief Support Manager and coordinates all the agencies grief support programming. She holds the following licensure/certificates; Level 1 Certified Trauma Practitioner, The National Institute of Trauma and Loss in Children; Certified Grief Counselor, American Academy of Grief Counseling; Permanent Certification as Speech-Language Pathologist, State of Ohio Department of Education. Tracey is apublished author and the recipient of Fellow in the American Academy of Grief Counseling (2021); Jane Johnsen Women of Vision Award (2020) and The American Red Cross Healthcare Hero Award (2012) .
