Assistant or Administrator who has had Non-Violent Crisis

Intervention training (CPI) has attended a CPI training in the

past year and needs to renew.

Description:

Learn how to recognize behaviors in order to address them in the appropriate way. Learn techniques to use to de-escalate defensive behaviors and how to use appropriate techniques to intervene safely if it is the last resort
