The festival will feature performances by Alice Bag, Gustavo Avina, Lysa Flores, Quetzal Flores (Quetzal), Randy Rodarte (Ollin), Raul Pacheco (Ozomatli), Tylana Renga (Quetzal) and Aztlan Underground.
