Normal athletic apparel is great! Compression pants or athletic shorts and a tshirt will be perfect.

Is this only for adults?

Not at all! We encourage younger students learn Jiu Jitsu as well. That said, anyone under the age of 18 will need a parent or guardian to sign their waiver to participate.
