Join us for a morning of grounding breathwork, gentle movements and guided meditation followed with mimosas and allllll the plants!

You will need a mat and water bottle as well as pillow or bolster as desired. Participants will also receive 10% off their Sun and Soil Purchases during the workshop :) Please note, all ticket sales are final.
