Question 1

Is there a minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Accepted Answer

Yes, 21+. ID required

Question 2

What's the refund policy?

Accepted Answer

No refunds. Reschedules are accepted at the discretion of the management.

Question 3

Are tickets sold at the door?

Accepted Answer

No, shows typically sell-out in advance.

Question 4

Do tickets need to be purchased together for group seating?

Accepted Answer

No, there's no need to purchase tickets simultaneously for group seating. We don't have assigned seats, only assigned sections. As long as everyone in your group purchases the same type of ticket, we ensure you are not separated.

Question 5

Should we arrive early?

Accepted Answer

Within each section, seating is available on a first-come, first-serve basis, so arriving together is recommended for the best seating arrangement. Doors open 1 hour prior to showtime.
