Explore the relationship between trauma, how it can impact our relationship to food, and the gut health connection. In this 3-part video series starting weekly on May 8, we'll unravel what trauma really is and how it affects our food choices, and, ultimately, the health of our gut. During our time together, we will gently guide participants in recognizing patterns related to their relationship with food, their trauma, and what happens in our gut as a result. We'll discuss how one can cultivate more self-awareness and identify actionable steps one can take to heal, and maintain this healing in mind, body, gut, and relationship to Self.This event is a 3-part series and attendance for each session is strongly encouraged to get the most out of the program. One ticket purchase gives you access to all three events, happening every Wednesday starting May 8 at 7pm EST.The zoom link for the event is provided upon registration.This event is faciliated by Sarah Thacker, LMHC, PLC, an EMDR, Yoga, &amp; Art therapist specializing in emotional eating, eating disorders, anxiety, and trauma. And Olivia Hensal, MS, CNS, CDN, a licensed functional nutritionist specializing in helping women heal from chronic gut disorders, hormonal imbalances, food sensitivities, and metabolic conditions.
