About this event

The Group Ride will be leaving at 3pm sharp from Basalt Bike and Ski (Basalt Location) and we'll ride over to Prince Creek Trail system to put the new Epic models through its paces! The ride will be approximately 15 miles and will be ~ 2 hours long. This ride have a steady pace and will regroup often to keep everyone together. If you are new to mountain biking, check out our Beginner ride earlier in the day.

Please arrive at 2pm to get setup on your bike. We'll need a photo ID and credit to reserve the bike. No fees will be charged.

Your ticket will be specific to the demo bike size you wish to ride!

What do I need to bring?

Please bring your riding gear (apparel, shoes, helmet, gloves, and hydration). If you ride specific pedals other than regular flat pedals or Shimano SPD, please bring your own pedals. You will also need to bring a valid ID and credit card to pick up your bike. No fees are charged.

Who can join the ride?

Everyone is welcome! *Note - Minors under the age of 18 will need a parent or guardian present.

How does reserving a bike work?

Easy! Anyone can purchase a "ticket". The tickets are free, but each ticket is specific to a model and size of bike. This helps us ensure everyone who reserves a bikes, gets the appropriate size.

Will I need to sign a waiver?

Yes, every participant will need to sign a release of liability to check out a demo bike for the group ride.
