We traditionally think of Valentine&#x27;s Day as a celebration of romantic love in our culture. We believe self-love is critical component of wellness. That&#x27;s why we wanted to create an event that is all about celebrating self-love: Galentine&#x27;s Day! Have a friend who might be in need of a little self-care pick me up? Come out and join us for cocktails, music, small bites, yoga, meditation, floral bouquet making and other experiences centered around treating yourself for a day. You deserve it. To create this unique community experience, three event organizers are joining forces: <a href="https://14tenn.828venues.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">14TENN</a>, <a href="http://trilunawellness.com" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">TRILUNA Wellness</a>, &amp; <a href="http://www.thehumbletable.com" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">The Humble Table</a> We&#x27;ll open the event with an all-level meditation and yoga to chase away the winter blues and reduce stress before we dive headfirst into a pile of flowers (not really, please don&#x27;t jump on the flowers) to create floral bouquets with our friends at <a href="https://www.gardensofbabylon.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Gardens of Babylon</a>.Grab a cocktail while you enjoy delicious small bites and grazing boards by The Humble Table, all in the beautifully modern farmhouse space of 14TENN.Invest in your wellness, build your community, create some everyday magic. *PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MATAbout 14TENN:14TENN is an industrial venue designed for the client who wants to customize an experience through their event. Our flexible vendor policy, 24-hour rentals, and no curfew ensure that planning any type of event is convenient and fun. Optional services such as full-service coordination, beverage service, and a photo booth are available in-house. 14TENN is located in The Nations, an up-and-coming neighborhood in West Nashville, with ample amenities and accommodations close by.About TRILUNA:TRILUNA is an experiential wellness company that specializes in sustainable, realistic wellness with an emphasis on inclusivity and community. Our services range from corporate curriculum to private retreats. By combining our three core services—movement, cooking classes, and health coaching—we create comprehensive workshops that are as fun as they are transformative. We believe health should be accessible, sustainable, and tinged with just a bit of magic. About The Humble Table:The Humble Table produces intentionally crafted events and experiences through collaborations with local chefs, farmers, artisans and Nashville-based musicians that align with our collective values of local and ethical sourcing, sustainability and the cultivation of community. We host and curate original pop-up dinners, as well as intimate privately booked dining services
